Okay, so first I contest the term "black hipster." If white hipsters just steal everything from black and latino teenagers, why don't we just call these guys what they are - grown men acting like teenagers. Hipsters is so racilaized to begin with and now its like double reflected. Also, in the context of the hipster worshiping the obscure or the non-mainstream, it doesn't get any more non-mainstream than urban blacks and latinos. Talk about decades of influence.
